The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everyday cooking and chef meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station (coffee, tea, sugar, creamer), pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups (starter set), blender, toaster, trash bags, dishwasher, and laundry pods. An in-unit washer and dryer with starter detergent are also provided. This home also features a private balcony or patio. Parking is available in the townhome's garage, which has a capacity for two mid-size SUVs or smaller vehicles. There is no driveway parking or street parking, and commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, or oversized vans are not permitted. Pets are welcome with prior disclosure and approval, with fees of $19 per night for one pet (capped at $200 per stay) and $29 per night for two pets (capped at $300 per stay).
