About This Home
I am helping my nephew find a responsible housemate to share his 3 BR house near Lexington, close to I-20. He is very honest, hard-working and easy to live with, works ~5pm to ~10 pm most days and spends the rest of his time on his computer. You would have your own bedroom and bath and of course, the kitchen and living room. Please no pets, drugs, or smoking. This could be an excellent opportunity for the right person. Here is a google maps picture of the outside, more to come.
819 Woodberry Rd is a house located in Lexington County and the 29073 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Lexington 02 attendance zone.

Lexington is a medium-sized town about twenty minutes west of Columbia. The local atmosphere is mainly suburban, but with some distinct small-town accents: for example, several large shopping centers can be found along Highway 378 (which changes names a few times as it passes through the town), and just a few blocks away you can also visit small specialty shops and cafes in the walkable downtown area along Main Street. North of town, Lake Murray is quite popular for boating, swimming, and fishing.
