It is recommended to heat the pool between October to May. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay, and a 3-day notice is required before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The property is conveniently located near Publix and Starbucks, making it easy to enjoy all the local amenities. No pets are allowed, and there is a maximum of 10 guests. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and this is grounds for termination. The house is equipped with an exterior noise monitoring device to ensure respect for neighbors. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. There is an exterior ring camera at the front door. The pool fence is a safety precaution per the city of Seminole, and if moved or taken down, a $300 fine will be charged. Door alarms should be kept on if children are present and upon checkout. The house includes a private workspace, ensuring you can attend to any work commitments seamlessly. A laptop computer is not included.
