The Townhome has central air and comes with window coverings on main floor and newly painted throughout with quality paint. All mechanical systems are new or almost new so there should be no issues during your time. Pets require approval by Property Owner at his individual discretion. Property Owner will need to meet the pet to make a determination. Pets are limited to no larger than 80lbs for dog and there is an additional fee no greater than $50.00 per month depending on the pet. Pet deposit $250.00.
