Location, Location, Location! This 2-story townhome is located in a highly sought after area in Centennial. Everything you could need or want is within a 10-minute radius. There are also golf and fitness centers near-by not to mention Littleton Public Schools if you have children. The front of the Townhome faces east so you get the morning sun and the back west with lots of light coming in the kitchen late in the day. There is a cozy fenced in backyard and no other units behind you providing mountain views. The main level includes Living area, dinning, kitchen and ½ bath. Kitchen has newer appliances, including a small micro. Tons of storage in the kitchen cabinets. The basement is unfinished but does supply 500 sq/ft of storage space and is a great place for a home gym. Laundry is located in the basement. 2nd floor includes a master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and two large closets. An additional linen closet is located in the hall way. The full bathroom is shared with the second bedroom located in the back of unit. The 2nd bedroom is of a healthy size. The Townhome has central air and comes with window coverings on main floor and newly painted throughout with quality paint. All mechanical systems are new or almost new so there should be no issues during your time. Pets require approval by Property Owner at his individual discretion. Property Owner will need to meet the pet to make a determination. Pets are limited to no larger than 80lbs for dog and there is an additional fee no greater than $50.00 per month depending on the pet. Pet deposit $250.00. If the Property Owner agrees to a pet at his sole discretion on a case-by-case basis there will be a limit of one pet. Furnishings in photos belong to current tenant. Unit comes unfurnished.
