Private bathroom with shower (no tub) Separate TV room with couch, chair, end tables, closet, and a 43" TV with Roku. The kitchenette area is it's own area, separate from TV room and bedroom. It has a Glass cooktop, Airfryer/Microwave/Convection Oven, Mid-size refrigerator with freezer, sink, dish drying area, Electric Tea Kettle, and Coffee maker. For cooking, there are pots/pans, utensils, plates, silverware, glasses, and coffee cups. Off-street parking spot. Onsite Washer/Dryer for tenant use. Laundry detergent provided. Wifi and all utilities included. $650 Security Deposit due when the lease is signed. 1st month's rent is due on the day of move-in. Minimum 6 month lease. The unit might be available for a shorter term. Patio with pond and BBQ area with gas grill available for shared use. Riverwalk is 100 yards away. Mountain bike trails nearby. 1/4 mile walk to downtown via Riverwalk. No pets allowed. No smoking.
