Ice forms during the winter which is not safe on which to walk. The tenant acknowledges this natural feature and the risks inherent to it and agrees to hold the landlord and Scheele Property Management faultless with regards to any injuries or deaths as a result of tenant(s), their guest(s), or children's usage of the property.
