Enjoy a private balcony with fantastic views, an in-suite washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, full-sized oven and stove top, microwave, and all necessary dishes, flatware, and cookware. The dining area comfortably seats 6. Entertainment is provided with a 27? flat screen TV in the master bedroom and a 20? TV in the secondary bedroom. The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi tub, along with a hairdryer and makeup mirror. Complimentary Wi-Fi and individually controlled air conditioning and heat ensure comfort throughout your stay. Free parking is available, limited to two vehicles per suite. Additional amenities include a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for a one-time fee of $40 and a highchair for a one-time fee of $40. The condo is conveniently located minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. It offers easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots, and entertainment venues. Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, and more. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties or events are not allowed, and violations will result in being asked to leave with no refund. Smoking inside the home incurs a $150 fine. Losing the key card will result in a $150 replacement fee. Late check-out incurs a $150 fine per hour past check-out. Large messes may incur an extra cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed on the premises, and violations will result in losing the full security deposit. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited.
