This home is efficiently heated with a heat pump and includes a wood stove. Also includes a convenient central vacuum system. There's a nice living room, dining area, and tiled South-facing sunroom. The backyard is fenced, nicely landscaped, and includes a goldfish pond, potting shed, and several raised beds for gardening. Yard care is included in rent but all other utilities are the tenant's responsibility. Pets are possible on a case by case basis with additional $500 security deposit and $50 per month pet rent. First and last month rent, and security deposit are required. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking/vaping, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
