For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Full. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3-4 vehicles. Garage is not included, but owner will consider. Pet Policy: Dogs negotiable pending approval with a limit of 2 animals per booking. Fees apply. Moving past the dining area is the guest bathroom with shower/tub combo and laundry area. At the end of the hall is another guest room with a queen bed and flat screen TV. The master is across the hall and is outfitted with a king bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, and large flat screen TV. There is a deck off the back of the home that leads you to the enclosed backyard and outdoor shower.
