The home is conveniently located with easy access to major freeways, Downtown Phoenix, Tempe, and Sky Harbor Airport. Over the past few years, we have made several significant upgrades to the property, including: • Fully renovated kitchen • Fully renovated bathrooms • Completely new plumbing throughout the entire house We are looking for long-term tenants who will take pride in the home and help maintain it. For those interested, there is a $1,000 security deposit and all applicants must pass a background check. If those requirements are agreeable, we will be happy to send over the rental application and lease contract for review.
