Located near the elevator, this apartment offers spectacular fireworks views from the private balcony. This apartment comfortably sleeps six and features a full kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, air fryer, blender, mixer, cookware, dishware, silverware, and spices. Enjoy the convenience of smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, and in-unit laundry. The master bath includes a separate tub and shower, vanity sink, and hair dryer, while the second bath offers a shower/tub combo and essentials. Also provided are hotel-quality linens, plush pillows, extra blankets, a closet with a luggage rack, hangers, a safe, a portable crib, an ironing board, and an iron. Enjoy access to amenities such as a heated pool, hot tub, full spa, arcade, business lounge, parking, and park shuttles for $26.95 per day, paid at check-in. The resort is located in a family-friendly area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, shopping centers, and entertainment districts. While the resort offers shuttles to major theme parks, a car is recommended for visiting restaurants, outlet malls, and other Orlando attractions not on the shuttle route. It is only 5 minutes, or 3 miles, to Disney. Weekday daytime noise may occur due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Guests must book at least 2 days in advance of check-in. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout time is 11 am EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Pets are not allowed. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
