Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission and only one towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+) are subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees.
