Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. The Showboat building enjoys a premier location right on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach just steps away. Within the Showboat building, the newly opened 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade provides a plethora of thrilling options, from arcade games to go-karting and rock climbing. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. Conveniently situated along the beach and boardwalk, the Showboat building occupies a coveted location. With taxis and rideshare services easily accessible, guests can explore with ease. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
