Feel at home in this newly renovated studio condo located in the iconic Showboat building on the beachfront. This condo offers 2,500 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This condo is fully equipped with a kitchen and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Enjoy access to complimentary coffee and a fitness center. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation, and parking codes will be provided. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. The Showboat building is centrally located on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar right downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars available at all hours. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are prohibited. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old.
