A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. Guests also have access to a fitness center. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk, and one complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. An additional $100-300 pet fee is collected separately based on stay length, and is for dogs only, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined). No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed. The Showboat building boasts a prime position directly on the beach and boardwalk. Key attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are conveniently located just downstairs. Within the Showboat building, the newly established 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade offers a range of exciting options including arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other easily accessible or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available around the clock. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this hotel unit, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
