Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk, and a washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. Enjoy one complimentary parking spot per reservation. Additional optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. Pets are welcome, with an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on stay length. The Showboat building boasts a prime position directly on the beach and boardwalk. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
