It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay alongside direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities include a smart TV with streaming apps installed and complimentary coffee. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Enjoy fitness center access and one complimentary parking spot per reservation. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the unit, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The unit is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay.
