It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a smart TV with streaming apps and complimentary coffee. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Fitness center access and one complimentary parking spot per reservation are included. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. Located in the Showboat building, this unit is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars available at all hours. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Removing smoke detectors will result in a $500 penalty. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
