Enjoy direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer and dryer on each floor (you can pay by app at $2/load), fitness center access and 1 complimentary parking per reservation. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), dogs only, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. The Showboat building boasts a prime position directly on the beach and boardwalk. Key attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are conveniently located just downstairs. Within the Showboat building, the newly established 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade offers a range of exciting options including arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other easily accessible or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available around the clock. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this hotel unit, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
