There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Removing smoke detectors carries a $500 penalty. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
