This hotel is perfect for not only families, who can enjoy the beach and America's longest boardwalk literally right downstairs, but also a group of friends, who can take advantage of our excellent location! This studio unit condo is suitable for three leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 600 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are direct beachfront and boardwalk access, a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee with a drip coffee machine for enthusiasts, and fitness center access. We own one parking spot that we provide guests for free. Extra parking is $20 per car per day and includes come and go privileges. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Washer and dryer are on each floor and can be used for $2 per load via app. One complimentary parking per reservation. Max two pets (40lbs combined) are allowed with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Want to enhance your stay?
