All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, with no Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds permitted. Dogs only, with an additional pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. A laptop computer is not included.
