This is a fully furnished 3-bedroom Villa that is gated and monitored; the tenant will have their remote entry access The Villa has a private 2-car garage, it has a small lake with fish and migratory birds....there is a walkway and jogging path around the lake and condos....must see to appreciate I do a background check for good reasons, and if you object to it, please do not apply. I also purposely set the initial rental duration to 6 months, which can be extended based on good standing; I have had no issues with professional tenants, the Villa is properly maintained and very clean I can be reached directly through texts and calls for questions, and to set up time to show the Villa and bedroom; I can also be reached via mail
