About 809 S Henderson St Bloomington, IN 47401
Looking for somebody to take over my lease for the 2017-2018 school year. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unfurnished apartment, just south of campus. It is only about a 12 minute walk from the Law School building and 1 block from Bryan Park! Really spacious living room, well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, hardwood floors, and very sunny. A closet is located in each room. Will be leaving various cleaning products and microwave. Rent is $810 a month but I'll pay for your first two months so you save $1620!!!! Parking is available for a monthly fee of $40 or you can choose street parking, which is less expensive. You pay the electric bill, there is a $11 per month charge for tenant liability insurance, and the fee for water is $15 per month. Laundry on site. Electronic door locks are safe and easy. Apartment is located on the 1st floor up a short flight of stairs so you are not directly on the ground floor. During winter, parking lot and sidewalks are shoveled by the rental company and they take care of outdoor maintenance. Available for move-in August 16, 2017. Pets are allowed, but will require additional fees that you will need to negotiate with the rental company. A beautiful sunny apartment in great location! Great find. Contact if interested or to set up a tour.
