We will have a beautiful 2nd floor 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment available for an August 1 move in. Stop by and see this unit before it goes - it's the last one we have! Conveniently located just minutes from I-40 and hiking, we are a small, quiet property full of great residents and we would love for you to join us! The kitchen is spacious with a full size refrigerator and gas stove, a dishwasher, garbage disposal and a separate dining area. Both bedrooms are generous (12' x 15' and 12' x 11'6" respectively) in size with 3x3 ft closets in each. The hall bath is complete with a tub, and the master bath has a stand up shower. There is also a linen closet in the hallway, as well as an extra coat closet for all of those extra things you never have enough room for. Each apartment has full size washer/dryer hookups, so you can bring your own or rent a set from us. There is also a large laundromat abut 5 minutes away if you prefer that as well. We love cats and dogs! They may not be more than 40 lbs full grown - 2 max per apartment. Additional fees and pet rent applies. Breed restrictions and X breeds not allowed. There is a flat rate of $45/month for water, sewer, trash, and recycling. Gas and electric are individually metered.
