The terraced backyard has a large patio with built-in seating and a second patio around the side. This is a quiet neighborhood close to lots of shops and access to 470. Professionally managed by Pathlight Property Management, the exclusive property manager for Home Partners of America, offering excellent customer service, 24/7 emergency maintenance service, online application and payments, and pet-friendly options. HOA occupancy restrictions may apply. The listing agent offers competitive rental co-broke commissions depending on the standard in the metropolitan area. Once notified of approval you will be required to wire a security deposit equal to one month’s rent within 48 business hours to secure the home.
