About This Property

IDEAL for families and health care professionals interested in living near UCSF-Fresno, Downtown Fresno Community Regional, St. Agnes Medical Center, Fresno Heart and Surgical Hospital, and Clovis Community! Lawn/Gardening and Pool Maintenance INCLUDED! - Its located in a safe & desirable neighborhood in the north side of Fresno. Our neighbors have families and are quiet. - 4 blocks away from River Park (which is a large outdoor shopping center; it has Edwards Cinemas, many restaurants, weekly farmer's market, etc). - 5 blocks away from another large shopping center with Trader Joes + restaurants. - 9.4 miles from the house straight shot down the freeway to CRMC (entrance to the freeway is a couple blocks away). It takes about 15 minutes from me locking the door to parking and walking into the hospital. - There are 2 bedrooms each with large closet, room for a queen bed, nightstand, and dresser. The window opens and there is plenty of natural light. - The guest bathroom is double sink with door separating the tub-shower and toilet. - The master bedroom is large with a high vaulted ceiling, has a built in storage shelf area with cabinets and open double sink. There is a walk-in closet. The toilet and tub-shower are separated by sliding door. The master bedroom also opens to the back yard via sliding door. - The kitchen has ample storage, ample eating room on the counter (which we put stools and are using for breakfast, or when we host, hors d'oeuvres). The pantry in the kitchen has sliding drawers for easy access. - The dining room is seen as pictured, has plenty of natural light, and has double glass doors leading to the study room. - The separated study is quiet, has a desk for 2, ample natural light, and opens to the patio. - The patio has plenty of space and we've put a 6 person table set with umbrella. Have hosted many BBQs with ease. - The backyard is a decent sized pool going from about 3.5ft or so on the shallow end at the steps to about 8 feet. Nice spa as well! - The garage can comfortably hold 2 cars, and has a few storage cabinets.
