This mid-century modern stunner is perfect for your stay in Chattanooga! This home sleeps eight in its three bedrooms with room for four more on the sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a spacious backyard with a grill and a picnic table to enjoy the cool mountain air. Conveniently located, it is just 5 minutes from the Chattanooga Zoo, a 5-minute drive to Overlook Park, and 10 minutes to downtown attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Bluff View Art District, Chattanooga Lookout Stadium, and endless shopping. You'll enter the home through the front door with a code provided at check-in. The open concept main living space greets you upon entry. The living room with two sleeper sofas is on your right and the fully equipped kitchen is on your left. Just past the kitchen is the dining room with an accent wall and mid-century modern vibes. Down the hallway are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there are two full beds in the third bedroom. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The laundry room is in the back of the house with a half bath next to the washer and dryer and access to the backyard, where a grill and picnic table are available for your use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. There are so many activities the city has to offer, ensuring you'll never run out of things to do and see, all with the comforts of home right at your fingertips. This home is located in a transitioning neighborhood. Some guests have expressed concerns, but we love our family-friendly neighborhood and have never had any security issues. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If violated, your reservation may be canceled without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings will be your responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, providing a sense of privacy and security. A ring security system is also installed for added security.
