The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an oversized island, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig. There is a dining table for 8 plus 4 barstools at the island. For extra convenience, there is a dedicated laundry room and a second full-size refrigerator for tailgates and extended stays. A rollaway bed is tucked in each bedroom closet for flexible sleeping arrangements. Nearby highlights include Kyle Field (1 mile), Century Square (5 minutes), and the Northgate District (5 minutes). Torchy’s Tacos, Fuego, Napa Flats and The Republic are all nearby. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in or on the property. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and you will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found on the property, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property. Parking in the street overnight is prohibited, and any illegally parked cars are subject to towing. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Fires are not allowed on the property, and absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. If you wish to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained, and an event fee will be added. Guest shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Should there be security cameras, you may not alter, tamper with, or access them in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure. The covered patio with outdoor TV, propane grill, and seating, along with a large fenced backyard, provides outdoor fun. The spacious living room with sectional seating is perfect for pregame coverage or movie nights. [SI]
