Seems like they are letting landscape go. They use to have mulch around the trees. Now it's just dirt. Not as nice as it used to be. When we walk our dog, it's hard for him to stay out of the mud that builds up around them when it rains. Then he tracks the mud home. We have to wash his paws when we get home. It still a nice place. But needs a little more attention to outside.

Love the amenities offered here and the space provided. One complaint is noisy neighbor. A family moved in next to us months ago and they're constantly disturbing the neighbors and the kids are jumping and screaming in the hallway and in parking lot. Other than that the maintenance team is great and quick to respond.

My son and I have lived here since April of this year and so far it has been great. From the first time we walked into the leasing we felt like we were home and now that feeling continues. This is a really nice place to rest your head and walk your dog or even cat. Responsive staff as well. Parking hasn’t been a problem. Grounds are kept well.
Any issues so far they've immediately fixed. Really satisfied with the place. 2br apartment, I shopped most apartments in Naperville. No regrets signing a lease.
Good, An indoor swimming pool and a park for kids would be great. They would let people have fun even when it’s cold and the outdoor pool can’t be used.

So far my son and I are loving it here! We went through quite the ordeal trying to find a place to call home but when we came to take a tour of the property on April 10th I immediately felt like 803 Corday was the place for us! My son decided to apply on April 11th but he was told that I needed to be added so we went to the office on Friday April 12th to add me and we were approved on the spot! I really have to give a special shoutout to Tara for making this whole process so easy and also for being such an amazing person, she is a rockstar!! The building has secure access, and the friendly concierge is always there to assist. You feel safe and well-cared-for. The bathroom exudes spa vibes. The oversized mirror reflects your excitement, and the rainfall showerhead provides a soothing escape after a long day.

Very nice apartments, the staff is very nice and helpful, also the dog park is great to take my dog to on warm days. Overall I recommend these apartments.

This is very excellent and pleasant community. Maintaince is very good. Spacious rooms and everything is perfect. Leasing office staff members are very polite and friendly.

Very nice community! Landscaping is kept up and love the flowers and fountains ! The pool area is very nice and relaxing!! Spend most of the summer there!!!

I really like this community. Pros are Quite spacious apartment . Great maintenance service. Take care of property nicely. Great celebration on special occasions. Delicious variety of coffees, teas, hot cocoa is available for all. Cons no play area for kids and little pricey too.

Everyone here is very nice and they all do amazing jobs on keeping the area nice and clean and making sure everyone is helped out the workers on the property do a good job on getting your work orders done as soon as u put them in

Overall, pretty good experience here! Maintenance is fairly fast and receptive. Little bit pricey but nice accommodations and pretty nice staff.

Great location, close to work, quiet considerate neighbors, great amenities, no problem with parking spots. Utilities are very low and I love the energy efficient appliances. Feels much more like a townhome, then an apartment. Can’t wait to use the pool with warmer weather.

The apartment complex is only minutes away from downtown Naperville and the nearest Metra station. The apartment itself is enjoyable and a great place to live at. I haven’t had any issues since living here the past couple of months. It’s relatively quiet, very safe, and the crew did a great job cleaning up the snow after the recent snow storm. Love it here!

We have lived in this Apartment complex for 9 years now and I have to say we Love living here. Its safe and the staff is very accommodating. Whenever we have a maintenance issue, they fix it right away. Even though they have changed management, they still maintained the same level of service.

Very quiet and friendly community. Maintenance staff is very quick to any issue. Plenty of parking and very dog friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dog friendly community.
