This 520 sqft 1-bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible via stairs only. Feel at home in this perfect blend of city living and community charm. This space has all the essentials you need for your stay in Austin. It comes standard with a full kitchen, stylish bedroom, and fast internet. The fully equipped kitchen includes pots and pans, bakeware, dinnerware, silverware, cookware, blender, and toaster. Enjoy comfort with a king-size bed w/ 12” memory foam mattress, memory gel and gusseted pillows, down comforters, and ultra-soft linens. There is central air conditioning and heat, fresh towels and bathroom essentials, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and complimentary coffee and tea w/ Keurig machine and traditional drip coffee. This apartment is pet-friendly (pet fees apply). Free on-site gated surface lot parking is available. Enjoy the outdoor community pool and cabana area. The vibrant North Loop neighborhood is famed for its selection of independent and unique shops, where you can find an expansive collection of vintage clothing, funky furniture, books, and records. The North Loop is also home to several new restaurants and bars, making this funky neighborhood a great little place to visit (or live) in Austin. Downtown is 10 min away, The Domain is 15 min away, UT Austin is 9 min away and 38th St. Medical Centers is 6 min away. It is recommended that guests rent a car during your stay in Austin as many of Austin’s best attractions and fun things to do are scattered around the city and much more convenient when accessed by car. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, which includes the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Pets must be disclosed on the reservation guest count and approved in advance. No cats. Undisclosed pets will be charged at $200 per day. You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules. Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, up to $75 per hour after 10 am. Guests are responsible for covering the cost, which is $150 per item, to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Guests must register all cars in the parking portal provided in order to park onsite in the non-covered and non-reserved spots. The parking registration must be renewed every 24-hours for every car. Failure to adhere to these registration rules and standard parking policies will result in guests' cars being towed at the guests' expense.
