The home is approximately five years old, and will be ready for someone to move in. Finished basement features one full bedroom, a full bathroom, a family room with plenty of space for extra storage. No real landscape to maintain. Front yard maintained by HOA, but tenant will need to maintain weeds in beds. The backyard is small, but quaint. Just right out the patio door you can enjoy a private 'zen' backyard fenced in with artificial turf looking its best year round. We are not accepting any pets for this rental as it is pet free and we want to keep this way. Tenant will pay all utilities for property.
