Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home; if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
