Lawn care and snow/ice removal are included. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants).
