Her career also includes experience with Fortune 500 companies such as UPS and Blue Cross Blue Shield, where she played a key role in business development and client success. She ranked as a top producer in her MLS since she started real estate and has consistently earned Circle of Excellence awards for her outstanding performance and dedication to her clients. As a proud holder of the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, Debbie is honored to serve active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. With a deep love for our nation and sincere appreciation for the sacrifices made by our military, she is passionate about helping those who serve find a place to call home. Debbie specializes in client care, transparent communication, and using market data to achieve exceptional results in negotiations. She earned her Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin, majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and International Business. Outside of real estate, Debbie enjoys hiking or walking with her husband, supporting international missions at an orphanage in Mexico, serving her local church - Trinity Church, hosting friends for dinner, and playing games with her family. Debbie lives in Virginia Beach with her husband and two children, where she enjoys discovering locally sourced restaurants and single-origin coffee shops. Living in a strong military community has only deepened her commitment to serving others, both locally and around the world.
