The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted. No parties or events are allowed, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Guests are liable for any damage to the property. Report any damages noticed at check-in.
