Progresso Village feels like one of those Fort Lauderdale pockets where warehouse blocks, side streets, and new builds all share the same grid, and you’re wedged neatly between Historic Sistrunk and Flagler Village. That puts you close to the energy without living on top of it: the FATVillage creative enclave is located in the Flagler corridor, clustered around Andrews Avenue and the rail line, so gallery nights and studio spots are an easy hop rather than a whole “going out” plan.
