(The subtenant will have the provision of continuing their stay after the mentioned period (as a tenant) if they wish). The apartment is located in the iconic, S-shaped River City building facing the Chicago River! The spacious apartment (716 sq. feet) has a newly renovated kitchen with all steel appliances. Both the living room and the bedroom having large glass windows admit plenty of sunlight. The River City management is extremely helpful and their maintenance service is amazing. The monthly rent is $2080 plus $95 for utilities, with A ONE-MONTH RENT WAIVER effectively making the rent $1850 only. Heating/AC and Internet are included in the utilities. $400 administrative fee waived!! The tenant needs to pay for electricity. The apartment is close to Grant Park and has several great restaurants within walking distance. Also, the bus, train, and Metra systems are fairly accessible from the building. Overall, the apartment is ideal for a small family or a working couple. Other amenities: In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, closet space, 24-hour door staff/security, Gym, secure Package room, Sundeck, Garage parking facility.
