Gas Heat, A/C Wall Units that supply cool air during the summer months One Car Off-Street Parking included with rent, one additional parking spot is available for an additional $50 / month. (Small / Mid-Size cars) Both credit and background checks are required as part of the application process. Must acquire and keep an active renter's insurance policy to cover loss and damages in the event of a catastrophic event or damages caused by a renter's doing. A small dog (25 lbs or less) is permitted with an additional $200 deposit, and an additional $50 / month added to the rental payment. No other pets are allowed on the property. Current shot records from an accredited veterinarian office must be on file during the application process (applicable each year during lease renewal). Absolutely, NO Cats, Rodents, Insects, Arachnids, Birds, Reptiles, or anything other pet than explicitly noted in the lease agreement.
