Granite counter top, 42" cabinets, all upgraded kitchen appliance. In unit washer/dryer. Roof top with BBQ and lounge sitting area, fitness room and business center area with party room(need reservation with office) on 7th floor, onsite management office. Lobby 24/7 door person, receiving packages, and rental parking available for extra $250 per month. Non-refundable move-in and move-out fee, $300 for each move. A refundable $500 deposit for moving in and out, usually refunded within one week of the move. The refundable fee is to cover any damages to the common areas during the move. Elevator will need to be reserved ahead of time, usually for 3 hours. Your rent include: gas, water, cooling, heating, garbage disposal and high speed internet. Non smoking unit, NO PET. Credit score must be 700+.
