About This Home
Available Now second floor two bedroom apartment on the second floor. This apartment is located on Munjoy Hill in Portland with water views from the front bedroom and back deck. With this apartment the location is great with an easy walk down to the old port to bars and restaurants such as Ri Ra, Fore Street Restaurant, Friendly Toast, Porthole and DiMillo's floating restaurant or you can walk up to the East End Park or Beach you can also see the Portland fireworks every Fourth of July there. I repainted the whole apartment. Also updated the kitchen cabinets. Heat and Hot Water are included in the rent. Electricity is not included . Cats are allowed with a $100 pet deposit per cat. There is no parking with the apartment but there is plenty of on street parking. There is no washer dryer hook up in this apartment. But there is a laundromat on Congress Street named Liliana's Laundry! I do require on move-in first months rent and security deposit. I require a one year lease signing. Including in the lease, heat and hot water are included in the rent. The tenant we'll have to pay for electricity. Every Wednesday is trash day, The apartment has a recycling bin and also a trashcan. Portland Maine requires you to use Portland Trash Bags which you can buy at any supermarket or convenience store in the city. I do not require rental insurance, but I strongly recommend it because my insurance only covers the building structure and not the tenants belongings. Please text me or email me with any questions or if you’d like to see this apartment.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
