Our complex is newly built and just finished in May of 2020, we are conveniently located on the corner of North Columbia and Lincoln St, right across the street from Concordia University. The complex is also walking distance to down town and other great amenities. Columbia Heights offers two and four bedroom apartment homes, they all feature stainless steel appliances including a dish washer and in unit washer and dryer. The two bedroom has one bathroom with a double vanity and the four bedroom has two bathrooms each having double vanities. All rooms are pet friendly! Columbia Heights has all inclusive living options for College Students that include fully furnished apartments with high speed fiber optic internet and all paid utilities. We make moving off campus stress and worry free by providing all the essentials.
