Come see this 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome at our next open house on Monday August 9 from 12-12:45 PM. The flooring, carpet, kitchen, and bathrooms were all renovated in 2017. We do not do private individual showings, but we do provide open houses for the public to view the home. This is a go and show property. Feel free to have your agent show you the home at the time of your choosing if you cannot make it to an open house. Requirements are as follows: (1). each adult, 18 and up, that will be living in the home must completely fill out an application (2) Each adult must provide 30 days of pay stubs (3) 30 days of bank statement (4) a copy of driver's license/photo ID (5) a non-refundable credit application fee is $40.00 per applicant made out to NDG 302, LLC. Have everything together in an envelope when you deliver the documents to the Re/Max office at 5560 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808. Please double check. The application cannot be processed until all documents are submitted together. You must see the home first before applying and must be able to move in within 15 days. The applicants must be ready to cover all utilities and get renters insurance. 1 dog may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. No cats. There is a $500 pet deposit and an additional $25 pet rental fee.
