We currently are looking for 7 new housemates to fill the 8 fully furnished rooms at our newest Vybe Living property in Lower Nob Hill. Our home has 8 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms and is beautifully furnished and decorated with everything but your towels! We are a 2-minute walk from Trader Joe's, CVS, USPS, Core40 and a 15-minute walk to Union Square, Chinatown and a number of city's best shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, and exercise classes!
Rooms are currently being furnished and posted photos are examples from our other Vybe Living properties.
L: (25/female) As someone new to San Francisco, I'm so ready to make new connections and have this city become my home! I work 8:30 pm to 5:30 pm each day, love to cook for myself and others when I'm home, and am generally active on the weekends. I'm looking for roommates who respect the common areas, are generally neat, and are considerate, communicative, and proactive about making the house a great living environment for all. We all of course have our own lives, but I want to foster a community where we can organically have our own house hangouts, be it wine and cheese nights or movie marathons.

The rent listed includes the following:
- All furniture costs for the house
- All utilities (Electricity & Gas, Water, Internet, Cable, Trash)
- Bi-weekly house cleaning
- House necessities like paper towels, soap, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent
- Basic food staples like bread and milk and a healthy dose of house snacks
- One house meal per month
- Access to monthly Vybe Living events (i.e. picnics, karaoke, Giants Game tickets!)

Oh, and unfortunately, we are not accepting pets (but maybe a goldfish) No shares or couples please, and preference for 1 year leases.
