Pets need to be approved by landlord and considered on a case by case basis and if approved there will be a $500 pet fee. Must have good credit- minimum 650 and minimum income 3x the rental amount. Clean background for every adult living in the house. Tenant will maintain lawn and snow removal or pay additional rent each month for landlord to hire out.
