PENTHOUSE CONDO -Location, location, location. Not even a hundred feet from the sand. Ocean views from every room of this beautifully appointed open concept penthouse condo, You walked down the stairs and there is the ocean. Enjoy living at the beach. Eat in Kitchen with granite counter top. Composite deck overlooking the beach. Living room with fireplace, TV and a large bay window with ocean views and morning sun. Family room has another TV, as well as built in storage, another bay window and a pull out couch for additional sleeping area. The custom sleeper sofa is extremely comfortable. I just had a new custom mattress made for the sleeper. Master bedroom with queen size bed, walk-in closet and another TV, with Full bath with marble floor and counter top, cornice over bath area, washer and dryer. Fully furnished. Off street or driveway parking for 2 cars. Total security lighting on outside of building, when you pull into the driveway the lights will come on. They will stay on for 10 minutes to give you full lighting till you get into your unit or bring things upstairs. They will also come on again if you come up the back stairs onto the deck for entry. And lighting throughout the hallway and outside the front of the house. Close to Hull and Hingham Ferry to Boston and the Nantasket Junction stop for the MBTA Commuter Train to Boston.
