About This Property

Fully Furnished Executive Style Luxury Housing. 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, with large kitchen, dining area for up to 6, comfortable family room, office space, and a master bedroom and spare bedroom each with their own private bath. There is a smart TV in each bedroom and an audiophile grade entertainment center in the family room. The home is close to the Arvada Station Commuter Rail which takes you to Downtown Denver Union Station and to Denver International Airport. Everything is turnkey and 30 day rent includes internet, cable TV, trash, and all utilities. The home is fully furnished for executive style living and includes all linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, and garage space for one car. One monthly fee of $3675 covers it all and includes bi-monthly maid service. (We prefer one month rentals but will consider longer stays up to 120 days.) Just pack your bag and stay a month. There are lots of things to do and see in Colorado. My town home offers great proximity to the highway system and a short walk to the Commuter Rail - G Line that will take you to downtown Union Station and the Airport. If you feel like staying close to home, you can walk to the restaurant, bars, Harkins Theaters, and shoppes in Olde Town Arvada. If you feel like watching a baseball game, or going to the theater, or seeing a hockey game, or attending a basketball game or experiencing any of the arts that downtown Denver has to offer, it is a short commute on the train to and from your home. Come for an extended stay to work and play and visit the community of Arvada, the people of Colorado and the breath taking views of the Colorado High Country! This is a 30 day rental. Additional days may be added to the stay at a per night additional cost.
