Current renter has been very happy with this suite but needs to move on. This suite is for a single working person with employment off site, not from the unit. No smoking, or pets allowed. Vegetarian preferred. All of this for only $1,250.00 per month. Applications only taken at this time. Waiver for a credit check paid for by the applicants required.
