Clean, quiet, easy parking, friendly place

Moved in December 2017 and all of the other tenants are nice and friendly. The building is extremely quiet and the laundry room and hallways are kept very clean. The units kitchen and bathroom are nice. There is always open parking off the street as well. The landlord is a very friendly and respectable individual. The location is also very secure with locked exterior doors and cameras. I would highly recommend this location and am a very happy tenant.

Great Place

Not sure about the previous tenants but I have recently moved in and I find it great. The landlord returns emails and calls in a timely fashion. I think it is affordable and well maintained. If there is ever an issue it seems to be handled in short order. I find the other tenants to be friendly and neighborly. I recommend this building and landlord to anyone.
