I have 900 sq ft of space to sublet in a walk-in basement (you will have a private entrance) that includes a private kitchen, private bath, private bed-room, private living room and private storage room. The laundry area is shared with the people upstairs. This is an excellent location across the street from a beautiful park and near 6th avenue and the light rail. This location is 10 minutes away from Golden and 15 min downtown. There is a mall with a movie theatre and several grocery stores and hardware stores within 5 min drive. I'm looking to rent this space to a single tenant with excellent credit who is quiet and courteous. No pets please. No smoking. Sorry, not a good location for social events or group activities. Utilities are shared and good internet is available. The utilities run around $200/month in addition to the rent.
